Membership has its privileges

The Landings is a completely bundled community. Here you pay two sets of fees, one is for all of the Amenities and the other is for Condominium or Homeowners association fees. These are detailed below:

The Amenities fee entitles you to:
                All the golf you can play
                All the tennis you can play
                All the Pickle & Bocce Ball you can play
                All The golf you can play
                A boat slip in the marina (based on availability)
                Canoe and kayak storage
                Heated and chilled lap pool
                Fully equipped gym
                Two restaurants and bars on site
                Function rooms
                Banquet facilities
                Library
                Wi-Fi in the Landings Member facilities
                Picnic and barbeque areas on the river
                Road maintenance and lighting
                7/24 Community Patrol, both at the gate and roaming

Everything above is included in the bundle for $408 per month.

Condominium village dues give you:

                The village common areas
                   Village pool and gathering area
                   Two gas fired grills
                Landscaping
                    Edging
                    Mowing
                    Tree, bush and hedge trimming
                Irrigation
                Fertilization
                Pest control

                Sewer
                Trash and recycling pickup
                Comcast Fiber Optic
                    Basic TV
                    Three High Definition TV boxes, one being a DVR &
                    Ultra High Speed Internet (both wireless and connected)
