Originally from Adel, Iowa, Zach moved to Fort Myers to attend Florida Gulf Coast University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in PGA Golf Management.  Prior to his arrival at The Landings, Zach was the Lead Assistant Golf Professional at Kelly Greens Golf & CC.  During his time at Kelly Greens he successfully completed the PGA of America’s Golf Operation Certification in 2018.  In 2019, Zach qualified for the PGA Professional National Championship, and is a very accomplished player in the South Florida PGA Section.  If you need lessons of any type Zach is your guy, after shadowing PGA Tour Instructor Jeffrey Pierce, Zach has a wide knowledge of the golf swing, and the technology now being used in the game.  When Zach is not golfing, you will usually find him out on the water fishing.  In addition to fishing and golfing, Zach is very passionate about his sports teams (Iowa Hawkeyes, St. Louis Cardinals, & Green Bay Packers).

The PGA/LPGA pros and club staff are here to help with private lessons as well as group and clinic instruction at our driving range and practice areas.  We offer a fully stocked Shop, motorized and pull cart rentals and a place to store your clubs.  The calendar is always full with Men’s & Women’s League events.

Dozens of area golf courses offer reciprocal play in the off season and our Wheelhouse Grill and Compass Rose Tavern are the perfect places for refreshments after a round.
