Vacation Package

Our Vacation Package is a combination of our Season Opening or Welcome Home Package, Season Closing Package, and specific offerings within our Concierge Package.  When you decide to take a short visit to your home in paradise, we take care of absolutely everything else.  Send us your shopping list and your flight information if you are flying in, we’ll take care of the rest.

Management of General Services:

            - oversight of General Contractors

            - you've hired to do work in your absence

            - pressure washing and cleaning

            - electrical repairs

            - interior/exterior painting





            - irrigation maintenance

            - plumbing / heating inspection and repair

            - roof repairs

            - pest inspection & treatment

            - window repair/replacement



Season Closing Package

Peace of mind when you leave for an extended period:


            - clean out perishables from refrigerators

            - turn off water system/plug drains

            - unplug/shut down appliances (TV, stereo, Washer, Dryer,

              Computers, etc)

            - check/lock all doors, windows and blinds

            - remove trash and recycling

            - install/close shutters


Concierge Services

Little extras to make life easier:

            - transportation (airport, appointments, etc)

            - grocery shopping

            - package shipping and receiving

            - Handyman services

            - computer and electronics assistance (hook up, software

               installation & training)


Home Watch Services



Home Watch Package (Basic)

Enter home every other week, check:

            - windows/doors/ for intrusion and damage

            - start/run vehicles

            - verify performance of pool service, pest service, lawn service

            - collect mailings/newspapers/deliveries

            - flush toilets and water lines

            - check for leaks

            - check environmental systems (A/C, Humidistat)

            - put up shutters (as necessary for storms)

            - report issues

            - weather / storm Email updates

Season Opening or Welcome Home Package

After an extended leave, prepare your home for your arrival:

            - set out patio furniture

            - power up/set up appliances   (A/C, ice maker, clocks, water

              heater, etc)

            - remove shutters/open blinds/air out home

            - turn on and flush water system

            - uncover and sweep pool

            -  stock desired supplies (food & drink staples)
